Founder
Shashank specialize in a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, hotel and infrastructure development. His expertise spans across site planning, project management, bridges, drainage systems, and environmental engineering.
He has successfully led and contributed to numerous projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, sustainability practices, and timely completion. His approach combines innovative problem-solving with practical solutions to create efficient, cost-effective, and durable designs.
Whether it's a small-scale project or a large-scale infrastructure initiative, his dedication to quality, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of engineering principles ensures the success of every project I undertake.
Prior to founding THE SHAPERS, He was the Project Manager, ACCPL at Delhi. He had been actively involved with the various projects Like Group Housing Hise rise building project Sunvalley, PMAY Jabalpur Etc. He was principal consultant for execution in Courtyard by Marriott Gwalior. He was the Senior consultant for Grant Thornton Bharat LLP for world bank project.

Durgesh Singh is a Civil Engineer with 13 years of experience.He has handled various Civil and Interior Projects like Resort, Retail and Commercial Buildings. He is skilled at managing project teams comprising Architects, Structural Engineers, Electrical and HVAC Engineers.
His deep understanding of both Civil structures and Interior materials, makes him uniquely placed to handle Projects.

Nikhil Tiwari is a Civil Engineer with 9 years of experience.He has handled various Projects like Highrise residential building, Commercial Buildings. He is skilled at managing project team, contractor, vendors, Suppliers and site team.
His deep understanding of both Civil structures and finishing of building, makes him uniquely placed to handle residential Projects. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, cost estimation, scheduling and resource management, project scheduling. To lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Lead Manager MEP SERVICES
Mohammad Sheikh is an experienced Electrical Engineer with 34 years of expertise in managing and supervising MEP services projects. His role encompasses planning, leading service teams, and ensuring the execution, operation, and maintenance of all utility and electro-mechanical equipment at project sites. He strongly believes in the continuous upgrading of knowledge to remain competitive and achieve industry goals.
Throughout his career, Mohammad has successfully led service teams on major projects, including the 5-Star Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Shillong, Centre Point in Nagpur, Hilton Garden Inn at Goverdhan Estate Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur, Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad, and Empress City in Nagpur, which includes a mall, IT building, 12 residential towers, and a 5-star hotel. He is highly skilled in the erection and commissioning of electrical systems across HV, MV, and LV sides.
